An intimate, light-filled space created for the community and with a base of diverse yoga classes, our boutique studio is a room to move your body, your mind and your breath.

Our Yoga classes range from slow and gentle, suitable for beginners to dynamic and challenging for those wanting a stronger practice. We provide guidance for you to take your body to places and shapes it’s possibly never been, in a safe and nurturing way. We will also provide an opportunity to experience practices in breath work and meditation.

There’s room to relax and soften, stretch and strengthen. We want you to continue to develop a relationship with your body, mind and soul and celebrate it so you can move in your day to day life feeling empowered, connected and uniquely yourself.

Vinyasa Flow: Renata

A whole body, flowing yoga class. Building strength, flexibility and balance through a dynamic practice. Working to find shapes with the body in unison with the breath, moving into slower, deeper poses toward the end of class. Taught with options to extend yourself or to make modifications for different levels. Suitable for most bodies.

Vinyasa Dynamic: Katie

A vinyasa flowing yoga with a focus. Often working to a peak pose to empower and challenge you to explore new things. Incorporating breathwork and creative movements that keep you present in your practice. Katie is a runner so you can always expect some deep hip and hamstring opening. Lots of clear instruction and options to take it at your own level. Suitable for most bodies.

Yin: Katie

Practicing a handful of different poses and holding for an extended period. Deeply releasing and relaxing. Use of props to support and hold you as you ease into different shapes with your body. Slowly opening the body to soften and rest. Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Chill: Audrey

Harness your vitality and deepen your connection to your unique inner waves and cycles. Audrey teaches a chill vinyasa flow, sprinkled with breathwork and mobility practices.

Expect to build and cultivate energy throughout the practice, then slowly descend from the mountain into restorative shapes before finally, resting in savasana. Open to all levels.

Yoga for Pelvic Floor: Anneke

The centre of our body’s movement, stability and vitality is found in our core, including our pelvic floor. This weekly class will support a strong (re)connection to this area, as we safely explore awareness, relaxation and strengthening practices. Open to all bodies
