Awareness is the foundation of all practice, and especially of pelvic health. We will begin by cultivating this awareness, allowing it to be our lens as we move through the weeks. With gentle intention, we will explore how to release, relax, engage, and lift the pelvic floor. Awakening healing, resilience, and a profound intuitive connection with this sacred center.

The womb holds an exquisitely refined and potent energy: the wellspring of creativity, pleasure, and the very pulse of our aliveness. Through embodied practices, you will learn to tap into this life force and consciously move, direct, and harness it using body, breath, and mind. Over the 8-week course, we will gently explore this energetic space, culminating in a deep dive immersion during the one-day retreat.

This journey is infused with wisdom from both East and West, weaving applied pelvic floor yoga, experiential learning, and guided practices to cultivate a truly embodied understanding.

A 90 minute class curated for the men. Explore a grounding yoga practice threaded with breath, strength and stability. Move alongside Dean as he guides you to develop a firm understanding of your breath and physical posture.

Hold both nourishing and challenging postures, breathe through testing stretches and releases all while learning to cultivate mental resilience by bringing awareness to the mind. Move from stable standing postures to seated holds then close with 30 minutes of energising breath and meditative work.
This is a full-spectrum 90-minute experience for the men, leaving you recharged and whole.

Fundamentals of Yoga & Intentional Living
For 14-18 Year Old Females

A holistic 8 week course thoughtfully designed for the growing adolescent. Guided by ancient principles of mindfulness from the Eastern traditions of yoga and Ayurveda, this course is curated to help adolescent females (aged 14-18) enter their adult years with radiant self-confidence and a deep connection to self on a physical, mental and emotional platform. During the transformative 8 weeks, expect weekly classes comprising 45 minutes of yoga and breathwork, followed by 60 minutes of practical yoga philosophy covering a full-spectrum of wellness modules including:

  • Comprehensive introduction to yoga and breathwork techniques 
  • Effective goal-setting for inspired, purpose-driven living
  • Understanding the science of positive thinking and mindset cultivation
  • Building healthy living routines for modern life
  • Practical tools for developing resilience and self-confidence
  • Nervous system regulation through mind-body-breath awareness
  • Guided journaling practices for self-reflection and personal growth
  • Free access to online resources for continued learning beyond the course

Who is this course for: Adults. Minimum age 16 years. Persons younger than 16 years may be accepted following discussions with the facilitator.
