Fundamentals of Yoga & Intentional Living
For 14-18 Year Old Females
A holistic 8 week course thoughtfully designed for the growing adolescent. Guided by ancient principles of mindfulness from the Eastern traditions of yoga and Ayurveda, this course is curated to help adolescent females (aged 14-18) enter their adult years with radiant self-confidence and a deep connection to self on a physical, mental and emotional platform.

During the transformative 8 weeks, expect weekly classes comprising 45 minutes of yoga and breathwork, followed by 60 minutes of practical yoga philosophy covering a full-spectrum of wellness modules including:
- Comprehensive introduction to yoga and breathwork techniques
- Effective goal-setting for inspired, purpose-driven living
- Understanding the science of positive thinking and mindset cultivation
- Building healthy living routines for modern life
- Practical tools for developing resilience and self-confidence
- Nervous system regulation through mind-body-breath awareness
- Guided journaling practices for self-reflection and personal growth
- Free access to online resources for continued learning beyond the course
