Renata

Renata is the owner & a teacher at The Park Studio. She is passionate about providing a welcoming space for students to explore their bodies, minds, and breath. After her first yoga class, taken in Italy, despite a mild language barrier, it was enough to have her hooked on the transformative high that yoga provides—she knew from that moment she'd be a lifelong student.

After practicing with teachers and exploring different yoga schools around the world, Renata eventually settled in Stanwell Park as a mother. With the added challenge of long travel times to attend classes, she decided to complete her initial teacher training and began teaching locally at the Stanwell Park CWA Hall. This experience opened the door to something bigger: the opportunity to create The Park Studio, a dedicated space where Renata could not only teach but also introduce the community to new instructors with a broad range of unique styles and teachings.

In Renata's classes, students are encouraged to find their own flow, moving in harmony with their breath and honouring where they and their bodies are in the present moment. She balances challenging sequences with the space to soften and release, helping students tune into their intuition and discover what their bodies truly need.
